I always felt like Seth Rogen came off as a clown by ending his friendship and business relationship with James Franco over the sexual allegations he got.
I understand why the general public would want to cancel a celebrity. but you don't just drop your friends every time they get into trouble. you help them become better. If you made an effort to help and they still keep fukking up, then yeah at that point you cut ties. But there should always be an attempt at intervention and redemption first. overall support.

Probably. although he settled, so he was never convicted of anything. So he literally ended a friendship over allegations.

Seth could have always answered no comment regarding Franco. Even talk to him and agree that he might have to distance you in public, but support Franco behind the scenes. shytting on your mans when he's at his lowest ain't it. Only thing I can think of is maybe Franco had no regrets and Seth had no choice but to cut him loose.
