You guys really have faith in Ennis. Personally I was not impressed with him at all last year :ld:

I know he can't dribble and is a so so finisher, but there's a chance he can be a decent defender who hits .340 from 3. Danny Green was a second rounder and became an elite 3&D guy, I'm not saying Ennis' ceiling is Green's. However he does has the athleticism to be a decent on defense, and he shot .326 from 3 last year.

The team will likely will be capped out the next 2 years with a old Wade and Bosh, even if we somehow get Durant(pipe dream to me), I think you'd still need a bench. Winslow is a good addition, but you need another wing off the bench, and Ennis can be that. Either this front office gives these young guys a chance off the bench, or we go dumpster diving for mediocre talent and left with no bench for the 2016-2017 season.

He looked :gag: on defense last season, dude was literally lost at times.
We're really reaching if we think any of these young guys on our bench have potential to be anything more than what they already are. Keep Winslow, birdman, mcbob, haslem(outta respect) everybody can be replaced with someone better pretty easily as long as we have the money, until then get what you can out of them.

We should consider ourselves lucky that white side and possibly Winslow have true potential. The rest is in the hands of the vets.

I dont understand how some of you are so quick to give up on these young guys :mindblown: I mean you do realize Shabazz, Ennis, and Tyler were all in their first NBA season last year :wtf: That is a late first rounder, a late second rounder, and an undrafted player..give them a chance to develop

Exactly and with no draft picks til 2020 we need cheap 4 year rooks to develop. Rio should bounce and bird but keep Mcroberts snd let him run the offense with the 2nd unit

Breh this is one of the worst front offices to play for if you're an inexperienced guy. Riley and Spo literally give no fukks about young players and will bench them with the quickness. Chalmers and Cole were hot garbage, while Bazz was in the D-League. The only reason Whiteside got minutes, was because he was putting up stupid numbers out the gate, and even then Spo did silly minutes restrictions.

Give me Ennis and Bazz over Barea and Wayne Ellington any day of the week, at least they have more room to grow and are more athletic. Say all you want about the starting 5, but our coach is mediocre and we have no cap space, so it only makes sense to give these bench minutes to youth rather than mediocre bargain guys.

Just heard on Lebatard that Woj tweeted Miami requested a meeting with Aldridge. Not real sure how that would work :dwillhuh:

Translation: Negotiations with Wade aren't going well so they're going after Aldridge now

OR

Rather than wait for 2016 go after a big name NOW and bring Wade back

I go with B. Wade could be pulling a Bron & making Micky put out some $$$. Or Wade could be saying if i do take less again i want a winning team put around me.

Just talked to a Heat source who was in dark on this but said it best: "It's Pat, man. When doesn't he try to get in the room?"
