they do need to work on it with him. but that can be worked on what cant be is his defense & playmaking ability.
So far he hasn impressed me but he hasnt dissapointed either.

He's not much of a leaper at all. Doesnt have young D-Wade's vertical so if he wants to be a star in this league he'll have to work on his game.

Mid-range. 3pt shot. Handles.

I see why they compare him to James Harden, tho. But Harden got some Handles and Winslow is still struggling with his.
As for defense i could see him and Richardson causing havoc on that end :obama:

he has impressed me. love that with his offense struggling he does the other things to make up for it & help the team win. also like how he can get to the rim & get the foul or bucket. he needs to work on his FTs so he can cash out those trips to the line. but still doesnt stop him from getting the foul to go back. just love his mentality plays at his own pace & within the offense. he isnt out there trying to do to much.

im really not worried about him not working on his game. because everything he needs to work on is something you can work on. trust he will be fine. he is still very young bruhs. just let him grow more & work with the coaches. plus he will get with the vets to & see how they improve on their games & their routines.

No doubt in my mind he'll improve. With vets like Bosh and UD on the team that take pride in developping different aspects of their game he's bound to pick up some good habits from him.

Just dont let him hand with D-Wade too much and be sidetracked with other distractions liek fashion shows and sh!t :pachaha:

I'll welcom Wright back way before i take Beasley back. He was a failure too with the little bit of hype he came with (Riley didnt help comparing him to T-Mac) he at least took the game seriously

If the Heat are still trying to get under tax
Birdman to LAC for 2020 2nd rounder
Chalmers to Philly for cash considerations

Clippers get a backup big, and we help Philly reach their cap floor.
