it's very hard to take your game to the next level in the shortest offseason ever. the players really needed some time off after the bubble.
While not surprising for his young age. The sport is more unforgiving than ever if you slack off in work ethic. I always remember with Kobe said, how he trained 3x a day so that when a full year passed he had trained 3 years vs. 1 year with someone else. Now yeah you have a short offseason, but going forward, Tyler is going to have sacrifice fun for the game if he wants to stay in the league, or just a starting spot in general.
Eyes are going to be on him even more with the Heat/Harden stuff. So essentially they view him as a vital piece that he will have to prove more than ever.
