I like Bass music, I grew up in ATL so I heard from a lot of the great bass artists regularly. It was a precursor to Crunk. But to say it was better (outside of your personal preference) is just wrong. Didn’t have the same success, impact or accolades
I can't agree with that impact part. Boys that started crunk music was first making bass songs. They switched us some shyt but it the best ain't for shaking ass no more it's for fighting. Kizzy Rock, Lil John, And all them nikkas under Prince Edward J. Those bass djs, switched to crunk. And ain't no crunk artist bigger than 2 live crew. Luke and Bass opened the doors for a lot of folks




I can't say which better because it's all a vibe. the real debate is which club scene went harder or what era would you rather been on the scene?
