I can't co-sign completely abandoning women, but I have no problems with dudes taking a sabbatical from the game to focus on self improvement. I can identify with them to a certain extent because they don't allow their success or failure with women to determine their lifestyle and happiness.
However, most of the MGTOW movement isn't that moderate in nature and involves on bitter dudes that have either got fu**ed over in a marriage, or never were able to attract a woman, and don't want to put in the work to do it.
Spending time off from the pursuit of women can be healthy, but most of these dudes go wayyy too far.
