the patch is up here in the US huh? gotta try to find a cheap copy somewhere.
Being one of the top 3 Best game this gen can't be a disappointment breh.
MGS3 is still the goat tho
Loving the new playthrough, just met up with that black nikka drebin or whatever his name is
not even close to top three on ps3 let alone this gen
its started good but then they had that wack ass city part.
the stale ass shadow moses,(while pretty cool to see a next gen shadow moses and go through memory lane, shyt was nothing but fan service)
boss fights were garbage other than the metal gear fight
felt like there were more cut scene than actual gameplay
also not nearly enough time or gameplay to actually utilize all your new equipment and moves.
just wasnt up to par

dont get me wrong, it was a pretty cool game, but mgs3 set the bar high, that bar is not too hard to beat tho, chapters killed the game, felt like there had to be a hour long movie at the beginning and end of every chapter, with maybe about a hour and a half, give or take, of actual gameplay in between, depending on if you sneak your way through or just gun everyone down like 007( which the damn near unlimited supply of guns an ammo made easier than stealth)
too much filler, not enough gameplay to be snake

This is the truth right here. Game was overhyped to the max, yet there was only about 5 hours of gameplay, the rest were cutscenes.
I usually finish games 2 to 3 times, to get my money's worth. But this one finished once and left it.
MGS3 was and still is the goat. One of the best games of all time.
After playing this again for awhile, I can't put this on the level of UC2 or 3 for that matter. It's still a great game but the controls and graphics seem a lil outdated now. It would still probably be in my top 10 this gen tho.
