Divine Wind - Caused a “divine wind” using the Tanegashima.
Drum Can Addict - Knocked an enemy soldier flying using a Drum Can.
Emotion Control - Controlled an enemy soldier’s emotions using an Emotive Magazine.
Hand Up! - Held an enemy soldier at gunpoint and performed a body check.
Hurt Me More! - Shocked an enemy soldier using the Mk. II/III.
Overhead View, Just Like Old Times… - Used overhead view on Shadow Moses Island.
That Tune Is His Mind Control Music - Played Oishii Two-han Seikatsu and made one of the BB Corps dance.
You Enjoy All The Killing, That’s Why - Killed many enemies in one area, and vomited.

Silver Trophies:

Are You an Otaku, too? - Viewed all model posters.
Can You Feel My Power Now!!!? - Took control of an enemy soldier’s body using the Mantis Doll or Sorrow Doll.
FaceCamo Addict - Obtained 10 or more types of FaceCamo (excluding types obtained via password).
Ghost Photography Addict - Snapped at least 5 shots of ghosts on Shadow Moses Island.
I Just Don’t Fear Death - Caused ALERT status while wearing the Corpse Camo.
SUNLIGHT! - Obtained the Solar Gun.
Where I can See Ya - Located enemy soldiers using the Scanning Plug.
You’re Pretty Good - Got kissed by Ocelot during the final battle.

Gold Trophies:

Flashback Mania - Viewed all flashbacks.
I am THE Expert on Weapons, Equipment and Cutting-Edge Technology- Obtained all weapons (excluding weapons obtained via password).
Sounds of the Battlefield - Obtained all iPod tracks (excluding tracks obtained via password).

Platinum Trophy:

The Legendary Hero - Obtained all trophies.

you'll have to delete ur game data in order for the patches to take effect.

u can keep ur saved data tho, as far as I know

It's still the best game this gen IMO, better than UC2

UC2 was the best investment I made towards my PS3, and is my favorite game in my PS3 collection. Though, MSG4 being number one is debatable I'm not mad as long if one of them gets the number one spot.

MGS4 trophy patch 2.0 now live in Japan -- PlayStation Universe

Japenese PlayStation 3 owners now have access to the long-awaited trophy patch, numbered 2.0, for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, and we have more details on said patch.

If the patch will be the same as theirs, other players around the world can expect a patch around 500 megabytes; the Japanese patch was exactly 498 MB. When MGS4 installed in the old way, the install was around five gigabytes in size. Now, the full install takes up a wopping 9 GBs of your hard drive. The picture taken in the link from Gaming Everything showed the time to be 1:18 over there, so we could be seeing the patch around a similar time this evening. Take a look at the pictured patch details below, taken straight from a user's PS3:

When midnight hits, or when the trophy patch comes live (whichever happens first), let us know below when you get it and how it feels to finally earn trophies in MGS4.

I wish i could forget all knowledge about this game and play it over and over again.

I've played and beaten like a gazzilion games since I beat MGS4

just popped it in and the game feels fresh to me.

I remember the major events but forgot alot of the minor details


game is pretty as fuk also and still rivals anything released today graphically
