Dope interview. After 2nd round KO Canibus had alot of attention and dropped the ball. Never recovered and because of that hes looked at as the loser of the battle with L. Slightly different situation since its not his first project but for me and many others it may as well be. Ive never listened to him till now. Off the strength of rap devil and this interview Im gonna listen to his EP. I'll use it as mozzarella sticks before my steak ( Lupe album) comes to the table

MGK has that young wild and reckless vibe to him, he definitely living that party rockstar lifestyle. This may have him mindtrapped between what is ethical to promote with his image and music because of his not give a fukk attitude. The discussions of mack miller and being there for his daughter made him pause and think deep about some of this answers cause we wanted to use that not give a fukk mechanism.
He pretty much cleared up Ems lies, that interscope, jimmy and puff tried calling him and that Em is lying.
He cleared up the Em stan tactics like changing the videos boos and squashed any thought that rap devil was recorded months ago.
He said he respected EM before but not cool with him now so if Em wanted to talk and be cool MGK is not cool with that.
I didn’t know he’s going to play tommy lee, that’s going to be a huge move for the white folks, he’s going to be everywhere after that released but then will have to focus on people knowing him for his rap career and not his movie career which will be tricky.
