came in here to say this. Canelo did his part, brought the fight to Chavez ANNNNNNND even sat on the ropes in some stretches in hopes that Chavez would bring it but he never did. What the hell else was Nelo suppose to do?!?!?!?!?

Chavez looked like he was in cut the check mode he did very little to make fight interesting

Danny was moving well the whole fight. Name ONE fight where you've seen Canelo use his footwork like that. You can't. He has fast hands but he plods forward. And GGG cuts the ring off better than just about anybody right now.

He's not gonna avoid GGG with his feet like Jacobs did, I bet money he spends most of the fight in the pocket like Brook.

Danny being flatfooted is the reason for every times he's been put on his ass, Jacobs is a brawler who tries to get you out quick yet he was boxing the shyt out ggg

I am more concerned about it for the other way. Canelo is the A side and if we are honest is more valuable to a belt organization.
Canelo has had some interesting scoring in the past, some of the cards vs. Trout and Mayweather.


At this point I wouldn't view either fighter as getting exposed. Both Canelo and GGG have proven they are legit top tiered fighters. This fight is a head to head of quality fighters, let the best man win. Only thing being exposed will be who the better figher is. I strongly feel that whoever wins deserves whatever praise they get and the loser deserves a for taking a big risk and will still have mad respect whether it is GGG or Canelo. We saw that with Wlad-Joshua, fans saw it with Ward-Kov, but the media is on some bullshyt.

I agree with you on the cards issue with Canelo lol.


However, GGG was exposed by DJacobs. He lost that fight and you GGG fans acting like that fight never happened. GGG doesn't even look confident. He was more confident and more enthusiastic at the Khan post fight. This time he was just sitting there puzzled and he looked like a student in class. That's a money grab for him. He should have gone back to the drawing board and rematched Jacobs. Then, fight Canelo after. I doubt GGG wins more than 2 rounds. He has has a punches chance. That's it. GGG is a basic fighter with a powerpunch. That's it. We have never seen him do anything else in the ring but ko people. We never seen him use head movement, fight off the backfoot, out point, and breakdown a fighters gameplan, or takeaway a fighters best weapon. Never. Canelo is now looking like a mastermind out there. Even HBO sees the shift and last night ample was all on Canelo nuts. This is Floyd Manny all over again.

Oh, don't come back with the "he cut off the ring" crap either. It's easy to cut off the ring when u fighting basic fighters that are weaker than you and been hurt in a fight. Their instinct of survival becomes the little skil they have.
