Then this Mencho dude pretty much declared war on the 2nd largest city in Mexico just to escape when 12 tried to snag him. He blew police helicopters out the sky, bombed banks and govt buildings, all in the span of an afternoon rush hour, just so he could cause a diversion and dip out. The US embassy told Pats down there to shelter in place like a coup was popping off. And this little dude thought he wouldn’t get touched?
