Hispanics in L.A. know that blacks are outnumbered and don't have any political power in L.A. or in California for that matter. Hispanics have political power and are united here so it's easier for them to practice racism on a group that's disorganized with no political power.

However, they wouldn't dare try that shyt in Atlanta, New Orleans, Chicago, Birmingham, AL, Detroit, or Charlotte. Blacks have political power in those cities.
