How likely would they ever get used? Do you have any idea the river of shyt anyone from the Russian government would be in if they were ever used? Hint: They would never be used, even if they had the access. Do you know why? If it gets out that the Russians fukked up and let their criminals set off nukes in a Western nation with that close of proximity to the United States, they would have a nuclear war on their hands.
