It says that at the time of review...as the film was being released...that many % of positive reviews were published from their chosen sources....nobody compared superman returns to movies that had not come out yet...nor were those movies actively compared to superman returns. Feel free to reaction gif this too though

Superman Returns was the first movie I felted like walking out of. Surprised it got that many positive reviews. This just further shows you should pay reviewers no mind.

Superman Returns wasn't better than man of Steel but it WAS a great movie, fun to watch, it FELT like a superman comic book, had a GOAT villian in Spacey's Luthor, and was ONLY hated by nerds after the movie was out...in the moment it was a smash success and people liked it.

It is shockingly (retroactively) underrated.

no its not at all....it was missin just a lil something from it but its still a 8/10 movie for me
