I started weaning myself off Facebook last year. Yes, I'm fully aware that I'm a relic in the social media world. Twitter's a cesspool, Instagram is too picture-perfect for my taste, Snapchat is all about those fleeting photo and video moments which I once again don't have a lot of, BlueSky is just an echochamber and won't be relevant in six months, and TikTok—well, I'm 37, not exactly influencer material. I've only ventured as far as MySpace and Facebook, and honestly, I'm okay with being a little out of touch. At least I won't be dancing to the latest trends in my pajamas anytime soon!
