same as what passes for speed in soccer would get laughed at in any local rec center..... that's if they have the hand eye co-ordination:bryan:

How clumsy do you think Zlatan, Barlotelli, Neymar will look trying to dribble and shoot and also pass ? :mjlol:
seeing neymar in the batting cages was crazy bro looked like he never even uses his arms for nada jajajahahaa
they have developed a very particular skill but a good majority of them nikkas don't got athleticism that translates across sports

Always
The avg soccer player can be a professional runningback in the NFL:mjgrin:

U reached the whole post
The average soccer player could excel in many sports. Soccer is a sport of skills and fitness. Every player is fit as fukk and highly skilled. Soccer academies teach every player the same skill set.

It's not like American sports where athletes learn ONE set of skills and have ONE position. Soccer players all have the same skill set and play at least two positions. There are goalies who score goals!

In what other sport is the goalie an offensive player? I love soccer. And I agree with you my friend. People who don't play or aren't in our community don't understand how skilled and fit soccer players are.

We create plays in the game. Soccer players are perfect athletes. I've played soccer my whole life, I've coached soccer, I've been a trainer, and I played at a high level.

As a trainer I worked with athletes of other sports and their coaches brought me in to teach skills soccer players have to their team. It proves soccer is the best base sport. Soccer skills translate into other sports well.

Football, baseball, swimming, basketball, etc. I've trained athletes of all kinds and they want the skills that soccer players have.

I never said any football player could dominate basketball though, they're not built physically for it just like basketball players are not built physically for football, it's as ridiculous as comparing rowing to swimming, just because they both happen in water doesn't make them remotely similar. :mjlol:

Speed wouldn't be so much an issue as height and ball handling, passing, shooting finising in traffic, that sort of thing. Though learning to dribble a basketball is easier than football though, you can pick it up later in life and still be pretty decent, football not so much.

You are not fooling anyone with this breh....

Do you expect Ashley Cole to be as good as Ronaldo at striking the ball ?

Or defenders to be "chipping" and crossing the ball ?

You have defenders, mid fielders and strikers for a reason. FOH with this universal bullsh!t.

They are great endurance athletes but it ends there.
