People just flicked their fake outrage switch on, and didn't read what she actually said. A lot of young twitter/tumblr pseudo-activists have their hearts in the right place, but are over emotional about far too many things.

I don't know if you meant it this way but I think they want to make Africa theirs. I always felt like that was the end game for them. They send out all propaganda about Africa being a poverty ridden place as well as parts of Asia, yet when you look they're the main ones buying property there, moving there, and vacationing there.

Then of course there's the other side of the propaganda where they have us all looking to Europe like its the greatest place in the world and all these African and Asian immigrants fighting to live there (albeit for various reasons).

I'm not. First of all I never defended her I just said people get riled up/emotional over dumb shyt too easily, and secondly, while she's misguided and very off base sociologically speaking, she clearly calls for more diversity in her comments. It may or may not be disingenuous, but it's more of a clueless kumbaya message than a message defending systemic racism.
