What u described is similar to my child, issues started at 6th grade, now nearly a jr.

Question for u about medication, was that part of therapy for u?

*I say started at 6th grade but that is only when we took note, I know now it was earlier

It was for a minute (mid-teens to early 20s) but I stopped. Medication was comparatively negligible, a waste of time. What helps/helped was just being successful with various life goals. Having friends/relationships helps as well, but I want no parts of that shyt.

Here’s a couple apps that let you label what you’re going through along with adding journal entries to them. How We Feel allows you to add friends while i find that the Wheel of Feels is much more descriptive and easier to use in the moment. There’s a saying that goes “If you can name it, you can tame it”
