I know you cant..and I am not a person to wife a person over material things..the chick even told me not to spend a bunch of money..but If I go after quality, just like my woman..I am looking at a diamond as an investment..if you get quality, when you get appraised value can go up on the stone as well...dont want to get a Walmart ring, nothing wrong with it though especially if the budget is low, its just my personal preference.

I also dont buy into that 3 month salary bs..that is a marketing scheme for these people, just buy the best value for your buck and whats best on your pocket...if you want something nicer just save a big more...you are only suppose to do it once so do it right.

diamonds are one of the biggest scam in history though. A diamond is not an investment

I have heard of women that buy their own rings or help with their own rings so I guess it depends on the couple. With that said, I don't think a dude should pay any more than 1 month's salary for a ring. If he's going over that then he needs to re-evaluate.

A month's work for a fukking rock when that money can go to some more tangible shyt? I will never get marriage and the traditionalist nature of it :mindblown:

That's not a lot of money if your finances are straight and most people are going to blow it on something less tangible anyway. If it's not a ring, it's booze or fast food they will shyt out or throw up.

I'm sorry but you are going to rationalize this. Its literally putting a price on "love" and then people wonder why half of marriages turn to utter shyt. Just because I don't want to spend thousands on a ring I'm automatically going to blow it on bullshyt? gtfoh with that straw man argumetn my nikka.

This again?

It's real simple...spend what you can reasonably afford. If she don't like it, she ain't the one for you, period. Y'all act like spending more than $1,000 on a woman who you supposedly want to spend the rest of your life with is going to set you back for years and years. That's broke knee grow talk and I know Coli knee grows make that guap...right?

:usure: Right?
