It's insecurity and selection bias masquerading as an objective claim. It's a defense mechanism to protect one's hurt ego. Deep down she knows men without kids in their 30s aren't bad people. She needs to believe that they are because of what it says about her and her people if those men are in fact, perfectly normal people who took precautions because they were not ready for how parenthood would affect their finances, lifestyle, and mental health.
