I dont know anything about exercising but im tryin to get on my sht. Im tall, I've got a mesomorph somatatype and no matter how much i eat i stay in shape, but it's not enough, i want that extra extra toned sht, I aint trying to bulk up or nothing though.

You got any advise or threads I can check for?

i have a cutting guide in the gym subforum here

for someone leaner attempting to go from 12% to lower, i recommend a 15/1 ratio of calorie/protein or less

shoot for close to your bodyweight in protein and cut 300-500 from your "maintenance" just make sure you use a maintenance that doesnt factor in your activity.

its very tough at low bodyfat % but with dedication and patience anything can happen. Take a look see in the The Gym forum and myself and others are all willing to help with your goals
