Not even hating on Randle but Towns is so much better than him lol. Our culture and style of play is just bringing the best out of him because he was not this good in sota lol. For context, he had 5 30 point games last season with da wolves and already has 7 with us loll

I remember he had a 13 point game when we lost to the Cavs and he was having hit or miss type games and then he just snapped ever since lol He has also become an exceptional rebounder

because for all intents and purposes he's your main scoring option.

The rebounding has returned to form because the only one on the team who's gonna fight him for rebounds is Hart. That will go down once Robinson is healthy and alongside him (which isn't a bad thing if Robinson plays the way y'all know he can).

Looking forward to a fun season if Brunson produces 10+ assist a night.

That's a positive for the whole team.

Edit: Looking at Sat. stats, Brunson only had 8 ast. Team overall had 25 ast. That trust factor is key. Everyone gotta be involved to get the offense rolling even if shots ain't hitting.

Yea. KAT was always this good, or at least on this trajectory. Like, he's better than last year just cause he's improved like most players do, but on any other team not named Minnesota with Rudy and Ant taking up space where he needs to operate, he would have done similarly last season IMO.

My fear of what this team looks like without the toughness we had as an identity last year is still there, but if this offensive explosion can become closer to the norm, than I'm not going to be the least bit worried. As @storyteller always points out, this team still has two more levels it can reach: a more consistent Mikal Bridges on both sides of the ball and a healthy Mitch to elevate the defense.
