Alot of these women are going to be hurting when they hit 65 and retire and get their social security payout of only 1k a month. There's no pension for what they do and all it takes is one bad medical /illness to wipe out their savings.

The end game , they HAVE to marry someone to supplement or if they are lucky they marry someone who they can take half of their benefits as a golden parachute
