I think what they did was illegal. Even though they beeped out his name FCC regulates that u have to tell people they will be on the radio before you put them on air if u call them.

Good point. Im not sure, maybe it has to do with the context. I use to listen to certain shows and when they call people up to talk the would read a disclaimer on air letting them know they would be broadcasted on air.
