Sapp called him a racist piece of shyt to his face and Bhatti did the most obvious "I'm actually a coward" move of walking into someone and saying "get out of my face" in order to draw attention to start a pull apart, and the second most obvious, which is the "let's go outside" when you really don't want it

Sapp probably would've been ready for it judging body language. They're both dirtbag status to me, at least Bhatti is funny on Konnan (I don't read his articles or Twitter) but y'all can't let fed wars influence how you're reading this confrontation. Bhatti looks like a hoe here.

Maybe AXS TV should throw them a lifeline. They could be a good lead in for Impact :ehh:

Brandon? The guy who i exposed trained multiple aew wrestlers? Who happens to dikk ride aew every week

AEW in theory should be safe with the new owners...in theory:hubie:

Like other have mentioned pro wrestling falls under "non scripted/live sports" for these networks like reality tv and sports content and much like Fox TV when all scripted stuff got moved to streaming (in fox case brought out by Disney to go to Hulu/Disney plus) there was more to spend on hence why they got Smackdown.
Obviousy Im not saying AEW would get that kinda money however in all the uncertainlty with HBO Max and dumb things Zaslav is doing they've said they want to concentrate on non scripted stuff for HBO Max/Discovery plus, sell off CW and make more non scripted stuff for TBS and TNT. Something like AEW therefore would be safe and if anything they'd actually want more content. Especially when it still finishes top 5 OVERALL (not just demo) for entire week (not just their night) for cable (Its usually WWE #1 or 2 for Raw and AEW 4 or 5. for Dynamite )

That probably explains why they've registered for a womans show and that recent bit of news from a month or so back that Warnermedia asked them if they would consider doing more ppvs (PPVs also air on Bleacher Report which I believe they own and also from a content move they could technically produce PPVs for AEW or maybe this is the non scripted content they want on HBO Max and we might see PPVs on there too) And on top of all that Discovery the new owners of Warner Bros have a relationship with AEW (They brought the rights to air Rampage in South Asia on DIscovery over there)

The flip side is David Zaslav to me seems mad erratic and he'll can anything for a tax break rather than make some profit so as of right now its for scripted TV and movie stuff but I dont trust him. If I was Tony Khan even though it seems Im safe and I should build a relationship with him, I would still check all options outside. Especally when Warnermedia has had like 5 changes of leadership in 5 years including 2 new owners (AT&T in 2018 and then merging that with Discovery since 2021) and I wouldnt be surprsed if it gets sold off in another 3 years.:lupe:

I dont understand wtf TK is booking Rampage like shyt every week when he’s trying to negotiate tv rights and find rights for ROH :snoop:

Probably because its safe in that spot even with the bad ratings honestly. What else was gonna 400k on cable at 10 on Friday?
Only thing cheaper that would do that is probably an old movie. Once he realized the pressure was off he just booked it as the 3rd hour of Dynamite that he couldnt air on Thursday.

Thats why I think they're weird spot coming up. WBD likes them and are willing to give them more, but because theres no pressure he might just trot out more shows giving the large roster turns in a very uniform fashion.

From an ROH standpoint, they may have to brand it AEW ROH to get on tv because ROH while big in wrestling never got the push from Sinclair for TV execs to notice, so its not a big brand to them
