Punk was never anywhere near 240

He said it himself in his documentary. Granted, it was the type of 240 that probably came from gorging himself and lifting heavy weights, but he was pretty big back in OVW (read: he was developing a double chin).

With that said, I'm not sure that Cena is on steroids now (certainly in the past, no matter how much he denies it or creatively words his responses to steroid questions). I would almost assuredly say that he's on Growth Hormone though.

lol at implied..of course cena is on some gear...one thing about its usage is eventually it becomes harder and harder over time to hide the negative physical effects if you use them consistently...ive literally never seen cena really get any smaller at any point over the last decade

Only exceptions are probably nikkas like Foley.....and I might even be wrong about that

foley was/is on medications alright...just not the ones to make him big...the ones that would allow him to get out of his bed every morning and function
