I bet the money ain't what it used to be.

We know they been doing budget cuts, i can see getting funny money on some of the undercard guys
Traveling around the country just to sit around the locker room and catering is one thing, but if the money gets shorter?

I wouldn't be surprised if we hear about more wrestlers actually leaving in the coming weeks

I almost wonder if WWE shouldn't make those partnerships with indie companies a little more formal, and send the PC trainees on a Journeyman year to England or to go sit under the learning tree with Gabe Sapolsky down in Evolve. Like New Japan does, sending the Young Lions to Mexico for a couple of years to get some polish on them.

Like, can you imagine how NJPW looks if Naito and 'em don't learn the gospel of Tranquilo down in CMLL?

Guys used to get healthy home video/dvd checks. Now with the Network, it’s very hush hush about who does and who doesn’t get Network points in their deals. Supposedly JTG was kept around for bonus time because he noticed the lower card got shorted payout for an overseas show, where they drew the same year over year but got paid less. Vince relies on guys that’s been with him for years to over extend themselves with expensive mortgages and luxury cars whereas they can’t quit.

Not surprised. Why waste your time being unhappy and collecting checks . Seems like the 'E is killing a lot of these men and women's passion for the biz.

JTG would still be riding that wave and these ungrateful b*stards want to complain :stopitslime:

I kid, I kid brehs. :mjlol:

:dead: JTG was the first dude I thought of. Breh road that career out for as long as possible.

I would hope these folks do well if they left but lot of these dudes setting themselves up for failure if they truthfully think its going to work out. If they letting Cody Rhodes, who is the son of one the most famous guys in the business, gas them up to dip out, they might be in for a rude awakening. Not everybody is going to want WWE scraps. Be out here like Ryback or Sandow now and both of them were probably more over at one point than some of the names people are dropping.

Who? Punk quit because he couldn't main event WM 29 AND XXX. He overrated his worth and now he's almost 40 training with some old man that is off the radar.

He knows that huge return paycheck isn’t going anywhere

I dont see anyone from the E offering anything though. Rocky and Bryan are the ones that speak of on good light on tv compared to everyone else and that's because Rock has no boss and Bryan is gearing for a departure.
