Backstory on the gif...

Melo tried to drive past Durant and his head hit KD's chest which is made of only sharp bones. Melo then got a stinger in his neck and had to lay down in order keep it from escalating into a serious injury(he claims he blacked out and was dizzy).

JR being JR didn't give a fukk and instead proceeded to push the ball in transition while the rest of the teammates assumed play would be stopped. After he got called for a travel he looked down at Melo in disgust, pretty much blaming him for getting in his way.
