It's just a song.

I heard her NPR interview last year and she talked about how personal her album was to her experiences.

That shyt just ain't a song. She's one of THOSE song writers who speak from the heart, crying on stage and shyt.

That's HER.

That's why black Caribbean chicks love black american men. No offence but those island dudes get shouted, slapped, punched and do nothing back. But with black americans it's different, yall saw what my nikka breezy did right? Rhinna learnt her lesson and ran back to chris.

That's a lie. Guyanese folks are considered West Indian by most. shyt...they classify themselves as West Indians.

shyt...they right there a the Carribean festivals everywhere. Same with Black Panamanians who are West Indians by lineage through being brought there to build the canal.

It's a weird dynamic.:yeshrug:

You cared to respond so......
They class themselves as west indians my dude. I know it's strange but people from guyana rep the west indies hard so it is what it is.
A lot do, but a lot don't either. I'm in the Caribbean right now. Been for the past 6 months. People here don't usually consider Guyanese as West Indians and especially not as Caribbean people. And my black ancestry is from the Caribbean. :leostare:
