Yeah that’s what folks missed…. Mel never said who he was talking to on the phone. They asked him. And he said “idk” so the FEDS left it alone…. That’s why he wasn’t picked up. I think that’s what Trav, was telling Wack a few years ago.

And another thing … like Mel said… they was cooked already because “CEO Chris” and that was before 69… But folks always leave that out… The 69 shyt was just extra. “CEO Chris” had them buys fukked over for years before that
Who does this sound like to you:skip:

What crimes did Jim Jones even commit?
Everyone that got knocked were accused of committing crimes to "further the activities of the gang" or whatever they say.

It was firearms, narcotics, rackateering, kidnapping, assault and a bunch of things that Jones had nothing to do with.

The thing about them talking about Takashi going wild on the radio was to my knowledge not a crime or anything anyone was charged with. To my knowledge talking about "super-violated" was never a crime anyone was charged with. The feds had people for real crimes, they didn't need to stretch to try to get people for using undefined loose terms such as violated

It seems as if people are just saying "Hey this guy was on the telephone discussing Tekashi, why isn't he also getting charged with distributing fentanyl" :patrice:

Shocking, 😆.

Jim Jones has been feeding this man for decades, lol. Not saying Jim is working, but you have to consider the source sometimes…all the time. Plenty cooperators haven’t been revealed as cooperators in papers…some of them have been working for decades, 🤫

I think people know the deal with Jim. Even 50. When you invite nikkas to your frank all bets is off. And in the streets the worst thing you call a nikka is a snitch. Especially a supposed super street nikka.

Its possible Jim is working with police but not for the reasons Wack 100 pointed out.

Wack was claiming Jim shoulda got picked up for conspiracy because Jim ordered a hit on Tekashi’s security. Wack claimed Tekashi’s security was hit after that but his timeline was off.

This happened Sept 26th:

Jim’s wiretap phonecall was referencing the Breakfast Club interview when Tekashi was talmbout firing everyone and how there is no more Treyway etc. The BC interview was uploaded Nov 16th. Therefore the shooting would to have happened AFTER.

So conspiracy for that was impossible unless they had a time machine. Now it is fishy that Jim’s gun case got swept under the rug but I dont know too much about that to speak on it.

Cant trust Mel’s word cuz Jim prolly throwing him ramen and slim jim money on his books. Its also fishy cuz Tekashi did speak on Jim Jones being a blood and identified him as the man on the wiretaps during his testimony. He also said Jones was informant #2 and was next up to testify if Tekashi declined :dead:

And nobody else was charged with anything regarding those phone calls.
If anything they could've been charged for threats, but now threats reached Tekashi from Jim.

That's the thing, people spend so much talking why can't they spend a few minutes to google what people were charged for, if saying "he needs to get violated" is a crime, what type of crime etc. Is saying that someone needs to be something, that never happens, a crime? Like if someone says Donald Trump needs to get abused, can he get charged?

1) It's common for people not charged in criminal cases, federal indictments to be named in court documents, like that. Sometimes the feds know something, like Jones is a NineTrey, (not illegal to be in a gang) but can't prove how or why that meets the criteria for a federal charge.

2) saying "super duper violated" wasn't enough for an indictment, or they would have for sure hit him with one, that's the kind of thing that a lesser district would have probably charged, like the YSL one, They knew they didn't have it.

3) Federal conspiracy charges require the following:

At least two people to participate
At least one overt act taken to further the conspiracy
An agreement of what the conspiracy was

all this shyt is so embarrassing from everyone. From 50 to the rest. Straight clown shyt. Some people are just so badly informed and gossipy, they say all kinds of retarded shyt.

Nobody is getting indicted for saying "he's kicked out of the whip", Brother

So for instance, you could have a convo recorded with an informant, and talk about selling 3 kilos of cocaine

UCA: (undercover agent): can you grab three of those clean ones for me? the ones with the 888 stamp, are those around?
Indvidual 1: Yeah, I could make that happen

but if you don't even make a single phone call to follow up or get a price, or call the informant back and tell him some other shyt or whatever,

that wouldn't really meet the burden of proof for a federal drug conspiracy indictment.
