Add to that, they didn't like her anyway since she was considered the star of the network over O'Reilly and Hannity. They even bumped Hannity to 10PM to fit her show into the plum 9PM slot. Even on FOX, Megan was probably to most level headed over there especially compared to the 2 dudes that surrounded her show at night...
