It doesnt matter why the law was named. He wouldnt be able to do anything. He doesnt own rights to the law or the name "megan". He cant do a cease and desist or anything. The best he can hope for is if megan and her team bleeped it out due to public outcry and they felt sorry for him.

People can have megan's law on shirts and shyt and he couldnt do anything, because he doesnt have any rights over it.
