Do you know how fast bullets travel? Prosecutors will try to push the limits (it is their job) but gravity is not going to pull a headshot down to someone's ankles.

A bullet will travel half a kilometre in a second. Gravity would cause it to accelerate towards the ground at a rate of 9.81 a second.

She'd have to be so far away that he'd need a scope to hit the mark.

That definately looks like it could be a graze wound. nikka probably was catching the beats so bad he shot at the ground close to her foot. nikka hasn’t posted shyt on his IG in over a month. He definately guilty.
