yeah it's a way of saying "those ungrateful blacks and look at all i've done for them.", but it doesn't even make any sense. the black unemployment rate in jan 2009 was 12.7% and climbing rapidly before peaking at 16.8% in march 2010 and in january 2017 it was 7.8%. it's 6.2% for may 2019. don't pat yourself on the back too hard orangetan.

The answer is, as big dawg @hashmander broke it down, is that Bush gave Obama the great recession and a 17% black unemployment rate in '10.
Obama's admin and policies got it to 8 over a period of 6 years. Trump has managed to not completely fukk up the trend by getting it from 8 to 6 in his three years.
