I think it's just a distrubution deal, that would make the most sense, but since they're the owners of all Meg related trademarks I can't be too sure. I think this is them tryna get 1501 out of the picture, while using RN as the attack dog (there's too many connections between them and Jay from the pre-LA Reid Def Jam days).
