No.. That was only a setback. Gelo still could've waited out his suspension at UCLA or simply transfer to another D1 school. But pops, who first said Gelo wasn't going to make the league, all of a sudden declared him a one n done player and yanked him out of school. Them got him and his younger brother Melo to sign with an agent and now they're on their way to basically the North Pole where Santa is at to play for a pub/rec league team. The family was still good to go dispite the China incident.. they just had to be patient and wait it out and re-emerge on a later date. Why he threw Melo into all of this madness is outrageous and damn near criminalWe must not forget that none of this fukkery would be happening if Gelo wasn't stealing shyt in China
