Its the fact that current exchanges dont have the infrastructure for large growth and they don't have smart server admins that know how to handle DDOS attacks. Mixed in with people trying to make a quick buck that dont understand financials systems. Not every one can day trade or do stocks and this is what happens when people get involved that dont understand money. Also what is happening since there server admins suck. Is when bitcoin gets high people DDOS the servers causing panics and idiots who don't invest or understand money panic and sell dropping the price. So the people DDOS buy the coins when the price drop low and make a ton of money when the price recovers there just taking advantage of people that don't understand trading currencies.

I think I get it based on what you said here. This is some dot-com bubble shyt. Its like investing in pets.com at a 100/share and waking tomorrow and discovering its either worth 50 or 200. Invest in penny stocks if you like taking this much risk, at least its a company backing it. And i stand by my statement; if the hackers don't get to it first the government will.

Its a global currency governments can only regulate there jurisdiction. Plus its anonymous currency. The US already made digital currency law two weeks ago that you can only withdrawl 10k per month. Which gives it credit. Also you can isolate hackers just like banks and there security. Not to mention you can keep your coins on cold storage devices. Again educate yourself

Denial? My partners and I have made 75,000 in the last two weeks off bitcoin. Also the guys zuckerberg screwed on facebook (the twin canoers) got 11 million dollars in bitcoin.

I also work with hedge fund mangers that our getting into bitcoins. It will be interesting. These guys manage over 8 Billion dollars.

Also I see the floor for bitcoin right now about $50 with the amount of people using it. If it drops 50-60 buy. It will hit $100 again and sell. Wait for it to drop again and buy.

See the only way I see it being plausible is having wall street getting involved and having it exchange traded. Then all types of ISDA and Basel 3 regulations will fukk it up.
