Both were trying to hustle each other at the end of the day. If Meek were to follow through on his shoutout then it’s potentially a fine deal, especially since he would be buying them anyway.

BUT a lot of the celebrities and artists will lie in a second about doing promo so I understand why the seller didn’t go for it.

I’m always interested how nggas interpret videos and influence people with the headline they chose. shyt be way off :heh:

Just keep the headline neutral, let nggas come to they own conclusion.

Bc Meek is right. Not only is a Meek Mill drop worth more than the shoe itself, it may be worth more than everything buddy got on that table :francis: And it’s certainly worth more than the $200 discount he’s asking for. Meek ia 1000% right.

‘What I gotta teach you how to hustle’

There were regular folks there dropping $45K on a bundle of sneakers. Dude was trying to buy the Freddy Kruger Dunks, and bul was like $24K. They don't give AF about no Meek in that atmosphere. It's all about what you got. If he really knows the game, he should've bought ish to trade.

Do yall realize people charge to promote businesses on their stories? Like when a complete no name goes viral people will gladly pay $100 to be on their story. Or on Twitter some goofball goes viral for a comment the first thing they do is promote something

Meek Mill has 24 million followers

Nggas are legit dumbasses talkin bout ‘meek goofy…he ain’t even a celebrity’:what: if I had a business I’d give it to him for FREE if I could get on his stories for 24 hours. You can get creative, show yourself gifting Meek shoes. Make a fake ‘beef’, a mini skit. Anything. The internet is one big mark it’s easy af to go viral. It would take 30 seconds. Blogs pick it up and voila you up. Nggas are dumb

The sneaker reseller community don't need his or another person's celebrity status though, so there's no advantage for the seller to give him a discount. Most of them are about the flip for the highest value. The sneakers sell themselves, the market sets the value. These ain't stores, these are individuals.

He knew he was losing that one, which is why he paid for it.

He ain't got it like that I guess. He's been complain about these execs/labels robbing him
Jay-z shytted on slimey "execs" too, doesn't mean he can't afford sneakers. Just means that he want what he's owed and appreciates dealing in good faith.

But as far as this goes, even when this goof Meek tries to do something good, it still comes off as corny :mjlol:
It's true that establishing a good contact with Meek might be good for your business, very cheap and quick advertisement.

But now, just cause it's Meek and the way it talks, it looks like he wants special treatment cause he's famous.

I wonder if they just manages to capture all his corny moments on social media or if this is just the tip of the iceberg :skip:
