Fam the problem with your logic is this ain't some random street business...69 is a celebrity. Everyone from ABC News to Forbes reported on his case.

This would be like saying nobody should comment on 50 Cent getting shot, it's Queens street business....it's pop culture.

And it ain't like Meek is lying....69 is a snitch. And again, "69 IS COOPERATING WITH THE POLICE" was on damn near every major media outlet. So nobody is supposed to talk about that, but NY dudes? :dahell:

Fred.
Again... we have to stop with the "he isnt lying" thing brother...
True.... every one can feel that way but him stating his opinion like Hes personally involved or has any dog in this fight... is corny and how niggsz end up getting into shyt, he really didn't intend to.
But to ur 50cent getting shot example..
U have to make that example relevant to this specific situation...
Like if meek was like "50 a bytch for getting shot by them queenz nikkaz"
Everybody should be confused, like nikka why is u even worried bout that shyt....
The issue really is that we're so use to this type shyt, ppl speaking about anything.., that it doesnt even seem out of place any more

I believe I read somewhere that meek never met 69 and dnt know him... I could be wrong.
The hip hop community is a big conglomerate of business entities...yes....
But just like I just wrote before this... hes talking about a personal issue, involving ppl he dnt know or really dnt know like that... involving a city he ain't from.
And the thing about my character...its not really me taking it as a personal shot at me...
It's just when the fukk will ppl stop feeling comfortable with the mouths (Twitter fingers)
And another thing, these artist really be picking and choosing their battles real funny style tho...
They energies be switching
AK paying you right? Make that money. You really doing a great job defending 69 I hope you get shouted out on Twitch.

Obviously anybody can do what they wanna do... but u look foolish commenting on a situation not even going on in ur city, with niggsz u probly dnt even know or met b4
He's in the rap industry, as are Tekashi and Shotti. He's not commenting about random street shyt, he's commenting on people in his industry. It's like asking a Giant why he's commenting on a racist cac player in the Eagles when he's not from philly :dahell:

Desiree Perez, COO of Roc Nation
NY Daily News - We are currently unavailable in your region
“Perez was a 26-year-old mother of young children in 1994 when she was arrested in New York for possession with intent to distribute 35 kilograms of cocaine.

Perez has really worked closely with agents, assistant U.S. Attorney Laurence Bardfeld told a judge that day, arguing to keep Perez out of jail.

Miami-based defense attorney Alan Ross told the judge that his client wore a wire on no less than the four or five occasions when she’s been down there in Puerto Rico.

‘And I think the court knows from its experience that you just can’t do anything more dangerous than wear a wire and go into an undercover meeting in Puerto Rico with a known violator, one whose (sic) suspected of — or being investigated for — a murder case down there.

Perez helped DEA special agents she worked with to bust Colombians moving cocaine shipments of 50 to 100 kilograms.

She has gone the extra mile.’

Perez was released that July and placed on five years of supervised release. She began working at nightspots in Miami Beach and was scheduled to meet her probation officer at one of them, Club Onyx, when she skipped town without notice in early August 1997.

The fugitive resurfaced nine month later in Brooklyn, where she was arrested on March 5, 1998. Perez was charged with grand larceny, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of a firearm.

Her probation was revoked and she was sentenced to nine months in prison and three years of supervised release.

Perez appears to have been in business with Jay Z since at least 2002.”

The rap industry is supposed to be legit business. Legit business men aren't concerned with "snitches".

Nah....kinda but not quite the same...
It's more like saying Wentz and Mannings both play for the NFL...
Why cant Wentz comment under Eli post saying "damn, Odell ain't worth the money, trade him"...
I'm sure at least Odell and the other giants would be like "Mind ur fukking business"...
But again, like I said... this type of shyt is so common place in our culture... grown men dont even see a problem with this...
Really meek is just taking advantage of an easy target

I agree with you but certain people would say that rap comes from a certain place and culture where it isn’t accepted to snitch. Snitching and being a concerned citizen is not the same thing. Snitching is not accepted anywhere really, that is, benefiting from something and telling when you get caught to get off easier than your friends. However, that “friends” part is unclear, it’s a crew of people that pimped him, robbed him and want to murder him.

I agree with your last sentence. But he still has as little or much right to comment on this as anyone who isn’t directly affiliated with these guys. It has nothing to do with where they are from. Some might say that he has more rights to comment since he’s in the same industry. An industry which is a quite small community.

And are you equating Odell making too much money to so called gangsters snitching :sas2:
