It's possible Jay could be. Maybe everyone's waiting until it gets a little too hype and that's when they jump in, like you said. I think if Drake brought up anyone else though, that'd be the moment. Even though I highly doubt he would.

My only issue is why didnt they call charged up weak. And if you noticed its nobody rappers hating on Meek.
