It's all ready not a classic, that young and getting money song is getting skipped off top
yea, we know it prolly wont be classic, & not even just off 'Young & Gettin It' (which I assume they'll pretend was just for the mixtapes). but more so that MMG ain't really gotten Meek on
any classic shyt at all yet. but maybe they're saving it for the album??
-- BUT anyways, I still really appreciate when artists at least strive & attempt to go for that goal. Most albums just set their sights on "Hot" instead of those milestones type records. Think of Game's first album versus all the rest of his shyt -- they were trying to make a classic on that 1st, & it undeniably shows. Or look at Jay's Black Album compared to anything he's dropped since. Kanye & Rick Ross are the only artists that seem to consistently be
trying every time these days. & Like I said, it doesn't really matter if they actually GET a classic -- the attempt makes them try harder & at least gives us a few more significant moments than they'd have otherwise.
I appreciate that they're supposedly TRYING to go for it with this project, & the cover art shows.
