Meek Mill's surprise album isn't a surprise anymore.
Ever since his release from prison, fans have been eagerly waiting for Meek Millto release his follow-up to 2017's Wins And Losses. It's been an eventful year for Meek, to say the least. From his incarceration to becoming the face of prison reform, Meek's had a lot of things to say outside of rap, but we're curious to hear how this ends up translating on wax. Last week, he hinted that his album would be dropping this month, although he didn't specify when. Thankfully, it looks like we won't have to wait much longer.
In a recent profile with Vogue, Meek revealed his new album will be dropping at the end of the month. Meek's next album will be dropping on Nov. 30th. The rapper didn't reveal a title, but we should likely expect that within the next few weeks.
“I’ve been writing myself since I was probably, what, 8 years old,” he said about his upcoming project will also tackle issues of social justices. “I’ve been doing this a long time, so [there’s] always pressure to be better.”
Over the past few months, Meek's teased some of the possible artists that might appear on his upcoming project. Back in September, he was spotted putting a Dreamchaser chain on Ed Sheeran's neck, teasing an upcoming collab. In early October, he and J. Colewere seen side-by-side in the studio as well. We're sure Meek will unveil more information on the project in the coming days.
