Meek LOST last year. This is what Meek needs to do in order to redeem that loss from last year. All that alleged ghost writing that (and I'm talking ALL) that brought Drake to the table as an arguably "better rapper", needs to be out there. The final nail. This diss track went in, but it's gonna be lost. Not like back to back, like you said. What this diss only does is bring light back to the situation, and if you don't deliver on it, it's just gonna sink like "wanna know". And just be another "diss track".
Back to Back fully attacked the bs Meek tried to pull last year. I'm a fan of Drake, and he rep my city, but I know he ain't as hard as Meek, and Drake always act like it. So Meek letting people know that, in this tape I can get behind. Especially in that Ricky track. But he ain't redeeming that L from last year until he finishes what he started.
The fukk are you talking about?
I'm a fan of both artists...but ya'll kill me with this "hard" talk sometimes. Meek wouldn't dare see 50 on the streets but he's talking all this "untouchable" talk. Whats REALLY going on here?
Meek was in court CRYING about not being a gangster and just rapping about this shyt to sell records.
OK...thats cool and all...but is this entertainment or not?
Now we're shytting on the biggest song of the year for jokes? Hotline Bling? Word?
What are you saying right now?
All this "who's hard" talk...Meek was out here wailing at a punching bag. Drake stays in the gym.
Whats hard?
Meek out here geeking over a chick and Drake out here slaying them.
Whats hard?
I mean what are we talking about? The "Street" element? The same element that puts Drake on their songs still to this day? The street element that did a project with Drake?
Where are you going with this?
Yeah. Drake was a child actor. And?
Meek had a drugged out mother and lost his dad to the streets...thats nothing to be proud of.
