Where was 'War Pain' back when shyt was popping? Things woulda been waaaaaaaaayyyy different if he had came with something like this instead. Oh well. That track is dope.
....which leads me to believe that Nicki ASKED him not to respond. She probably underestimated the backlash to it, leading him to rush to make those initial horrid attempts to clap back.

That's the only thing that makes sense.

Favourite Quotbles from this track ?

Song ain't wack but this the first diss track I heard people rating but not mentioning lines from.

No hate, real music discussion. What do people think we're witty lines/ quotables on this? (All dope diss tracks have that? )

I told you nikkas it's not too late for Meek!!

Good music is good music. Like it or not, Drake gotta respond now
What needs to be responded to on that track in your opinion?

It's just a better quality record but he ain't said anything people are going crazy over. Or has he and I'm missing something ?

Funniest thing that has come out of this is the hotel situation imo.

So I guess he wasn't talking about 50 with that Preme line.

He was getting at one of Drakes goons/homies named P-Reign apparently.

Where did you get the name P Reign?

The P stands for Preme. I lived in Brooklyn for two years, I did junior high there. I spent the summer at my aunt’s in Queens, and they always used to tell me stories about the drug dealers, the Supreme Team, and about Kenneth “Supreme” McGriff. When I came back to Canada, I started hustling and I was like “call me Preme” and that name stuck. To this day, my parents and close friends call me Preme. Then when I started rapping, I realized I needed a rap name, and since I reigned supreme I ended up flipping that into the name.

That's why he said the "real Preme"

Meek heard Drake's latest diss before he released it and replied to it already.

Now everyone knows Drake was gonna release a diss. Meek violated and dropped his first. Drake's move now

The facf these two dudes were in the same hotel and didn't confront each other is just some p*ssy shyt, and both bragging about it lol...Meek isn't really about any of that shyt he raps about, and we know the story with Drake. That aside, this response, if not entirely in execution, in theory, is how Meek should have responded from the beginning....

25 chanel bags lol stop it :deadmanny:

But my question is what really needs to be replied to on the record?

All Drake really did regarding meek on his record was mention the hotel situation which was funny. Meek replied to everything that was on the record not even related to him

Although it's a better record I don't see why Drake responds to it apart from some slick lines here and there. Summer 16 ain't even a dedicated meek diss in the first place

Of course you don't. You can't be objective on the situation cause you got Drake's dikk in your mouth. We get it.

You use to be a quality poster too smh

My heavens Meek BODIED War Pain :banderas:

My TL real quiet tonight, all the usual meme suspects haven't had much to say about this track. :jbhmm:

Probably for the same reason you ain't quoting lines and laughing. Memes are made off the back of witty lines/ quotables. Everybody is saying this Meek track tough but not really quoting the hot lines etc

Shyt is just meek rapping better on a good beat. Is there any crazy lines? Serious question ...
