I dont think you read the transcripts or this BOOK at all...Thier are numerous refrences to Meech and T having direct contact with the Cartels south of the border
even prior to Meech and T heading to Cali and linking up with thier spanish speaking patna Wayne Joyner aka Wayniac
If you read the book Sosa states on page 13 how their FIRST MEXICAN plug had them escorted into Mexico to meet with the Cartel to resolve "drought issues" (lack of cocaine supply)
Now safe and secure in Mexico, Bolo arranged for Meech and Sosa to cross the border without detection – in exchange for bringing him $35,000 in cash. Once there, he promised to introduce them to the plug of their dreams.
As planned, Mexican border police gladly smuggled Meech and Sosa inside the country, and Bolo would make good on his promise to hook them up with the right people.

Caborca, Sonora is Sinaloa Cartel territory. I did read those quotes, but not the book, as of now. If this is true, why were they using Hugo Corral in LA, or middle men, at all for that reason? Or am I mistaken and ol Hugo Boss was only supplying the post Meech BMF? It's possible they did that deal and future ones, and needed new connects and contacts as time went on.

Why is Terry always painted as the weak link brother. Was it the fact that he used phones while meech didnt? Was it that he was quiete and stayed under the radar while Meech flexed. Im from the midwest and got family in Detroit. It always seems like a split with most people fukkin with meech but the few that respect terry more say meech was the one who brought the ship down and lost focus trying to stunt to hard. The one crazy thing about meech is that with all the stuntin and video taping u aint catch that nikka talkin trap on the phone not once.
based on what SOSA says in this book as well as what Dogman said in his along with the DEA transcripts...
Terry seemed very "impulsive" when it came to relationships and decision making...
which had resulted in bad business practices and unethical decisions such as diluting thier cocaine (stepped on) to the point that it lost alot of purity when it was being sold to customers...which Meech felt it made thier brand look bad
along with Terry's decision to not only "mess" with thier original plug's (harold mills) wife but cuff her as well while the man was in prison which didn't sit well with Meech and Sosa as well....

Damn I never knew that! Terry was out here fukkin up on all levels. I guess i need to check out one of these books one day. So many layers to there network.
just got done reading this, definitely not as good or detailed as the dog man's book and dude who wrote was obviously loyal to Meech

@THE RETIRED SKJ I didn't read any of the paper work but were any of the Mexicans ever arrested? I was always interested in who those two "Spanish looking" dudes were in Meechs mansion in Atlanta

According to one of the books they (the feds) had hundreds of hours of Terry talking on the phone and none of Meech
In the dog man's book he says Meech told Terry one time there has to be a better way to communicate than via phone
IMO overall neither of them were at fault at the level of weight they were moving the feds were going to coming knocking eventually

They were on the DEA radar more than a decade before they eventually got picked up..
Meech even says in this interview that a lawyer told him even if were to had STOP his activities in the 90s he still would have faced the SAME AMOUNT OF TIME he was sentenced to (30 years)
