I think anxiety drives some people to not fukk up. It triggers fight or flight. Which isn't bad for those with a fight response

I’ve had real social anxiety before…real agoraphobia. Real generalized anxiety disorder. And let me tell you, that shyt is crippling. Panic attacks every time you leave the house. Couldn’t go anywhere for 3 to 5 years. Only school and work. Any regular interaction with a human outside of these spaces felt like I was in a fight for my life. Hard to explain but…it’s real. I agree that a lot of ppl abuse the term nowadays.
