The club life is everything in Atlanta. There's literally no ATL if clubs aren't open

None of this should be a shock or surprise. Atl is a "turn up" city. People literally move here for the party scene and to be seen.

3k new cases a day in Georgia, officially. Likely more, given the governor has been caught fukking with the health department numbers.

These folks go to the club and then go home to family that morning, go to work the next day, etc. At this point it’s clear much of the country will not do the right thing. At least the death numbers aren’t what they were in April but 1,000 people are still dying daily. And it’s likely more than that. Even if you don’t die...you got money to cover a multi day hospital visit? Or the health issues that linger?

Thry do not give a fukk. Plain and simple. Their social lives are more important than their loved ones. And black people suffering the most from this....and still at the club deepthroating the Rona.

Don’t ask me to feel sorry for them when they or a loved one they infected is hooked up to a ventilator.

I said early on people who wanna skip the pandemic should also be opting out of medical care and signing waivers. nobody should risk their life caring for you should you be infected. essential workers don't need to bear the brunt of societies failures and their stupidity. If i'm working in an Atlanta hospital with 3k daily cases in Georgia I would probably be offended right now.
