Ppl thought they were going to be sent to Centennial park, or Stone Mountain or University Ave. This redneck put them at the capital (where he works), the Public Safety Building (where he holds his press conferences) and the Governors Mansion (where he lives). He is blatantly undermining local government. Most governors outside of Cuomo try to have a working relationship with their capital city mayors. Not kemp.
