It's a difficult choice for some, to not have a seat at the table. For some, their thinking is "if I can't beat em, I'll join em".

Which is what all this comes down too.

Cac America has almost all the resources. If you want a good amount of their resources, you have to let them rule you. If not they do you like Detroit and :smugfavre: at you.
cant understand it. too much going on in Atlanta from commerce to film industry and now tech. you dont need a trump caping cac at the helm for that city to succeed. Atlanta is also not Detroit. Detroit has had damn near depression conditions for ever due to a collapse of their industries

I'm going to say this, take it how y'all want, but these candidates have to go out there and earn those votes. I saw it with Randall Woodfin in Birmingham. He came to my city and he even said he had went all the way to Pittsburgh just for the slight chance it might drum up support for his campaign. They got to get out there hustling, making promises, and trying to get people to the polls. Also, that might require some of you all actually getting some skin in the game outside of going at coli posters. People can do phone banks or canvas an area for a candidate. Out of close to a 650K only 90K voted...the coli ain't that big, Tariq (whether people misconstrue his message or not) doesn't have that many fans, and I'm confident most people in that city don't have a record that would disallow them from voting. I want to say statistically candidates and people who are helping them have to interact with people 3 times just to get them to vote. So if people want to help or get people out to the polls, I wouldn't waste time on here with people saying they going to hold their vote cause 2018 is here and its going to go quicker than people think. Just saying people need to vote and being disappointed if they don't, at least for me, isn't going to cut it anymore.

I love when I hear people say liberals need to go out and earn then votes during an election like these people weren't out there trying to earn your votes during the primary but you just weren't paying attention.

Every election there is a wide array of candidates.

But let's go one step further, the other side who is completely at odds with you isn't requiring their candidates to earn their votes or they'll stay home.

Think of it like this

Trump wants you and your whole family dead. Literally.

Obama does not want to literally kill you.

Do with that what you will, but that's the dividing line for me.

Naw, it's more like:

Trump and the right will bend you over the trough and bust you in the head with a bat to kill you. Looking :leostare: while they do it.

Obama and the Left will place you in a pen and :ld: while they infect you with rabies, then :picard: as they watch you kill each other.

Which way to die is better? Even better, which way has a better chance of people waking up and fighting? I think seeing people brutally killed has a better chance of waking people up.

Which is the reason people such as myself advocate only voting locally.

If you're sitting at the poker table and everyone else is cheating, would you continue to sit there like a ass, or would you walk away from the table.

So are nikkas hype because she's black or because she's actually going to benefit black life in Atlanta?
ATL ain't had a non black Mayor in eons, why you think that city prosper the way it does. Apparently it was close this time but they pulled through. Atlanta as always proving why they are indeed the Mecca.
