That story gets told a lot and there's a lot of speculation about what Dan Schneider might have done, but this is what I know:
Zoey 101 ended production in the summer of 2007. They had a wrap party and everything. Nobody knew Jamie Lynn was pregnant, including Dan himself. A couple months later, the story broke. I remember because I read it in the newspaper. At the time, they were still airing new episodes of Zoey 101 because the fourth season hadn't even started yet. This led people to believe that the show was cancelled because Jamie Lynn was pregnant and Dan had something to do with it, but at that point, the show was already done filming.
This is all what Dan Schneider himself said. It doesn't erase the pedophilia rumors, but there's a good chance he's clean when it comes to
this case.
